Service Description. This Site describes TV Mounting, Drywall Repair, Furniture Assembly, Picture Hanging, Door Repair, Window Repair, Fence Repair, Deck Repair provided by Hang It Right. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Hang It Right (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Warranty Disclaimer. Hang It Right makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Hang It Right arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Hang It Right harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under VA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in VA for any related dispute.

Term Changes. Hang It Right may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
